| While
we believe that we are all ministers for Jesus Christ, there
are a few people at Community of Faith who have the privilege
of serving God and get paid to do it! We'd like you to meet
the staff of our church so when you visit us you'll see a few
familiar faces. In addition to the personnel below, you may like
to know that there are many others serving in volunteer positions
as youth leaders, worship team members, children's ministry
teachers, and many others working to prepare God's people for
works of service for reasons Paul describes in his letter to
the Ephesians. After meeting our staff, we hope that we might
have the chance to meet you! Be sure to contact
us and come for a visit! |

Pastoral Staff |

Senior
Pastor - Darren Potter
Pastor Darren has been in full-time ministry since
1995 and was ordained in 1997. In July of 2005, after serving
the church as a full-time Associate Pastor for two years,
he was named Senior Pastor after Jim Hain stepped down. Darren
married his high-school sweetheart Melanie in 1995, and in
2000 they became parents of twin girls, Kristen (left) and
Kaitlin (right). Melanie, a former Kindergarten teacher, is
very active teaching the toddlers and working with nursery-age
children at the church. We love them and appreciate all that
God has sent them to accomplish in our ministry. |

Associate
Pastor - Jim Hain
Pastor Jim has been an ordained minister since 1972.
He and his faithful wife Loine planted Community of Faith Church
in 1996 and have since been the backbone in our growing body
of Christ. After serving two 5-year terms as the Senior Pastor,
Jim has now taken a smaller pastoral role, and in addition to
monthly preaching and singing on our worship team on Sunday
mornings, Jim works full-time for Norandex-Reynolds. Though
Loine resigned from her administrative duties at the church
in 2003, she continues to faithfully serve in our church on
our worship team and in children's ministries. |

Music
Director - Rebecca McMahon
Rebecca has been playing the piano since the tender age of
six. After 12 years of lessons, she continues to play daily
and has blessed our ministry with her musical talent and leadership
since Community of Faith was established in 1996. She married
her husband Mike in 2001, and has worked as a hair stylist
since 1999. Our Sunday mornings are now filled with a worshipful
blend of contemporary Christian praise choruses and good old-fashioned
hymns, hand-picked by Rebecca, but inspired by the Holy Spirit.
