We're all ministers for Jesus Christ
Any purpose driven church has a plan to help
you discover God’s plan for your life.
But before you are scared away by the word “class”
let us explain. At Community of Faith, we have a place for
you, but it’s not an assigned seat.
We offer CF classes to help
you find your place in ministry and take advantage
of the newly discovered spiritual gifts
God has been hiding in you.

There are three different
CF classes, each offered four times a year. Anyone interested
in experiencing a relationship with Jesus
Christ, experiencing the power of the Holy Spirit in his/her
life, and becoming a part of our ministry,
is welcome to sign up for the courses. The classes last about
3 hours each and the attendance policy is
easy. You only have to show up once for each class! Experience
these courses at your own pace, but the sooner you find your
place in God’s ministry the better.
And we’re excited to help you do it!
Below is a little
of what you might expect:

Knowing Christ and Discovering Church Membership
Offered in January, April,
July, and October, the focus here is twofold: (1) Understanding
your opportunity to have a personal relationship with Jesus
Christ – no matter what you have done, no matter where
you have been, Christ asks you to come as you are. (2) This
class also serves as a basic introduction to our church family,
designed to clearly explain who and what our church is about.
“…You
are a member of God’s very own family…and you belong
in God’s household
with every other Christian.” - Ephesians
2:19

Four Habits of a Highly Effective Christian
Offered in February, May, August, and November,
the focus here is growing in Christ. (1) Bible study, (2)
Prayer, (3) Tithing, and (4) Fellowship, play major roles
in the lifestyle and attitude of a healthy Christian. The
purpose of developing these disciplines:
“…that
you may stand firm in all the will of God, mature and fully
assured.”
- Colossians 4:12
“We are not
meant to remain as children…but to grow up in every
way into Christ…” -
Ephesians 4:14-15

Spiritual Gifts
Offered in March, June, September,
and December, CF301 is meant to help you discover your spiritual
gifts. God has given each of us gifts that we are to use for
his ministry.
"...in
the church God has appointed first of all apostles, second
prophets, third teachers, then
workers of miracles, also those having
gifts of healing, those able
to help others, those with gifts of
administration, and those speaking
in different kinds of tongues.
